Types of Implants and Placement
We offer both round implants, which provide more fullness and volume (especially in the upper part of the breast), and drop-shaped implants (anatomical) that provide a more natural, sloping silhouette. Round implants can sometimes mimic a droplet shape after being placed due to natural movement and positioning. Drop-shaped implants require a slightly larger incision, usually below the breast fold, while round implants can be inserted through a smaller incision in the armpit.
